We wish to inform you that, within the framework of the digital upgrade of the services of the Sewerage Board of Limassol - Amathus, a decision has been taken to stop sending printed bills by post and, starting in 2023, to send them by email only.
In order to receive bills by email, all SBLA customers need to update their contact details. To this end, you have been sent a letter explaining how to update your contact details, simply and easily in one of the following ways:
Α) By scanning the QR Code
The QR Code is in the top right-hand corner of your letter.
Use your smartphone to scan the QR Code at the top of this letter and, on the website that appears, enter your mobile phone number. You will receive a text message (SMS) with a one-time password (OTP), which you should enter for verification purposes and then enter your email address.
Β) By entering your account number on the SBLA website: www.sbla.com.cy
Your account number appears in the top right-hand corner of your letter, next to the QR Code.
Go to the SBLA website (www.sbla.com.cy) and enter your account number, as it appears on the letter that you have received. Then, in the on-screen window, enter your mobile phone number. You will receive a text message (SMS) with a one-time password (OTP), which you should enter for verification purposes and then enter your email address.
C) By completing the Contact Details Updating Form
The form appears on the reverse of your letter.
Fill in the form as instructed on the reverse of the letter that you have received and send it to the SBLA in one of the following ways:

- By fax to 25881777
- By email to [email protected]
- By placing it in one of the special boxes in the SBLA Customer Service Dept. or in the Municipal offices of Limassol, Kato Polemidia, Yermasoyia, Ayios Athanasios and Mesa Geitonia.
