Sludge & Waste Water quality and quantity control

One of the main objectives of the quality control of industrial wastewater , by the relevant Quality Control Section of the Organisation, is the confirmation of compliance with legislation and regulations, that the concentrations of specific parameters of industrial wastewater, do not exceed the set discharge limits.

This process helps to maintain normal functioning of the Public Sewerage System and the normal functioning of the Sewage Treatment Plant of SBLA, in order to produce recycled water and digested sludge with quality within the set limits as defined in the current discharge Licence Νο 2018/7/1 issued by the Environment Department.
